Marta Cruz is Co-Founder and Co-Director of NXTP Labs, the most active seed investment fund and acceleration program in Latin America with a portfolio of more than 168 technology startups originating from 16 countries. Marta is also Co-Founder of Nextperience, a performance-oriented, digital marketing agency with operations in Argentina, Chile and Peru. Marta Cruz was selected PowerWomen in FinTech by Innotribe.
With a strong backround in business development and publicity, Marta worked for more than 8 years at MRM Worldwide – McCann Worldgroup – as Regional Director of Latin America, managing accounts such as HP, Intel, Coca-Cola, GM, Hilton Hotel, Nortel and MasterCard.
Marta has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and a post graduate degree in Management from IAE – Austral University. She is a professor in various business schools in Latin America and Co-Author of the First AMDIA Interactive Marketing Manual, a mentor for Voces Vitales (Vital Voices) and works with MIF (Multilateral Investment Fund) on her project to support women entrepreneurs in Latin America. She launched the December 12th project: Day of the Woman Entrepreneur to promote women as a factor of change through Latin American entrepreneurship.
